Bug 41666: Normalize the path to tor-expert-bundle.aar.
This path is included in the builds (in buildconfig.html), and the
current one is random, so it makes build non-reproducible.

Bug 41513: Prepare Tor Browser 16.0a1 (build2).
Bump to build2 as build1 had Android reproducibility problems.
