Thanks for your reply. When your server will be added it will be checked
if it is serving the latest version of the mirror. To check this the
file https://otivpn.com/tor//project/trace/www-master.torproject.org is
checked. I see your mirror is running the version of Dec 7 while the
latest version is from Dec 16. It might be wise to check your rsync to
the main server.
