There is a git repository with recent commits named nyx
(https://gitweb.torproject.org/nyx.git).
This seems to be the repository for arm.
When  cloning the repository and running nyx (aka arm) from
the source code it shows the correct average bandwidth.
But the uptime is completely hidden.

On fedora the python package 'stem' must also be installed
from source, the version in the repositories misses
'stem.manual'.

(Hopefully it does not screw up my signature again, last time the
signature was invalid after sending the message...)
