Hi, A few years ago, OVH explicitly disallowed exits Note that, by then, regular relays were also not authorized on VPS This is why I'm running relays inVMs on a physical server with no issue (from OVH) since years
Having said that, I must admit I have not recently checked if their policy have changed HTH P.
