It doesn't matter. If your bridge is located outside of Russia, and a person 
that is located in Russia connects to your bridge, it will only seem that 
they're connecting to your particular ip which is located outside Russia. 
Doesn't make a difference imho. Think of it like connecting to a foreign 
server, which happens all the time because the internet is global.
