Hello,

In July 2016, the following progress was made:

 - Upgraded BridgeDB's server to run Debian Jessie. [0]

 - Released BridgeDB 0.3.6 with minor bugfixes. [1]

 - Began work to replace Tor Bridge Authority server, which is the Directory
Authority with the special task of collecting the descriptors submitted by
bridge relays, testing bridge reachability, and sending them to BridgeDB. [2]

 - Attended the Privacy Enhancing Technologies Symposium, and attempted to
   report on interesting developments. [3]

 - Set up a Bridge Authority in the test network to determine extra steps
which might need to be taken.

 - Worked with Greenhost, who has kindly found and donated a server for the
new Bridge Authority, to install an OS on it and do preliminary setup and
   hardening. [4]
