Respective Tor Team, I`m from Belarus, called a last country in Europe with a president-tyrant in power, a third-world country with gov.police arresting journalists and KGB secret service (oh eah, it holds the same title nowadays and everyone is still in fear of being arrested for the *wrong ideology* like it was back in Stalin Era) You may probably know it from news (or ask google for information) - It goes without saying people need privacy in order to let others know what is going on and access information *filtered* by government IT agencies, so using Tor is a *must-be-on* option for anyone willing to feel free at PC and serf web with no fear. I used to have a look at https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/torproject/ - but all the tools seem to be already translated into Russia by respective Russian translation team. The main thing, preventing Tor tools from widespreading in Belarus and other former *USSR* countries is lack of pages translated into Russian language as an alternative content on Tor web site- you might make a switch allowing the page to be reloaded in Russian- I think you know what im talking about..and create tags in Russian for pages to be accessible via web search etc Fist of all, user needs to read and understand what exactly he/she needs to get protected – so the initial information should be easily accessible and presented in native language. In case user goes to Tor web site and experiences misunderstanding on the first page, he/she may leave and miss an opportunity to connect to Tor network – even if Tor bundles are presented in his/her native language. Translated pages may be used partly or cited across the web and will definitely promote the Tor project.
