ive been reading up on how he HS spec works. using primarily the new overview in section 2.9 from AlSabah and Goldberg (2015).

My current understanding is that tor2web mode does (1) and (2), but not (3). Is that correct? * is it agreed that (1), (2), and (3) would each improve performance? -V
