Yes..
I checked out the latest version of torque, modified the om-mojo and the
templates.
And yes, if this change will not be in the next release I would have to do
it again. 
As you say, not the way it should be but releases don't come that often and
the change takes 10 minutes to perform so it would be an acceptable
solution. 

The most difficult part would be to distribute the modified version in to
the team in a correct manner.

Perhaps I am jumping too far, but I was assuming that you have modified the
templates such that the @SuppressWarnings annotation can be rendered or
not ? If yes, what would you do if a new version of Torque would bring new
templates: You would have to do the same modification again to the
templates. Which is not the way it should be.
