There appear to be several superseded releases under
http://www.apache.org/dist/db/torque/torque-3.3/
For example, torque-3.3-RC[123].* appear to be early versions of
torque-3.3.*, and should therefore be removed.
Only the current versions of each active release should be under dist/;
previous releases are to be found on the ASF archive site.
