A file is generated with existingTargetStrategy="merge". The generated file
does exist neither in the raw-generated directory nor in its target.
Observer behaviour: The generated file has the last line duplicated a few times.
Expected behaviour: The generated file should contain the last line only once.
Note: the raw-generated file is ok, the problem only occurs in the merged file.
