Thomas Fox resolved TORQUE-313.

Resolution: Fixed
This was probably resoved by fixing TORQUE-291 or TORQUE-315.
There are several test cases in org.apache.torque.generated.peer.SetAndSaveTest
in the test project which are checking that new objects are treated correctly.
