  Another problem with non-ASCII characters.

The hunk list headers get messed up when there are non-ASCII characters in the 
file names (probably non-ASCII characters in hunks themselves also play their 
role).

You can use the bundle attached to issue8 to reproduce the problem. Try to play 
around with the repository like editing a file and then trying to commit it or 
cherry-pick some hunks from the history log.

I attribute this to non-ASCII characters because I did not encounter this 
problem with English-only repositories.

I am attaching two screenshots just to show what it looks like.
