I agree "no need complete rewrite ". You're right.
I hope to rewrite only related strings for user interface, such as context menu.

I though VC++ Express 2008 can be get free, so no problem to use.
But now, I understood this stance: "The open source community has
generally met these proprietary extensions with defat"
"VC++ secure functions" is difficult by same reason.
But I think TCHAR system (or similar string wrapper) is good for
hiding two char types.
