Merged, and a new nightly build was just uploaded.  Russian and French
translations for GTK+ are now bundled (are in tonight's build).

Tonight's installer was built on the same win32 box as all previous
installers, but the machine now has VC8 SP1 installed so it can
compile it's own extensions.  I did a lot of rework to the installer
tonight to automate the extension compiles and to work around some
other new issues when building Mercurial on Windows.

Also included in tonight's installer is the hgfold extension.  To use
it, simply enable it in your user Mercurial.ini, then try the new
--fold argument to update and merge (on the CLI only).  See the
CaseFolding pages of the Mercurial Wiki for details.
