We are quite bazaar <http://catb.org/~esr/writings/cathedral-bazaar/>-like :-) Anybody that feels like contributing translations are welcome to do so on our Launchpad pages. I will download translations from Launchpad and commit them when I have time. These days with an upcoming 0.8 release I try to do that on a daily basis. Steve has set up our build system, so he more-or-less simply pulls changes and presses the button. Before I upload a new set of translations to bitbucket, I also check if any new translation strings have been introduced in the source code - which should not be the case since we currently have a string freeze.
