Issue 366: version skew results in stack trace, not error message
http://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/stable/issue/366/version-skew-results-in-stack-trace-not-error

Comment:
  The main reason we haven't done this is that Mercurial does not reliably give
us a version number that is useful for comparison. If you had installed
Mercurial yourself (and my Linux users do), then the version number reported
has a good chance of coming back as a changeset hash or as 'unknown'.

We do intend to have .deb files for download, it's just a matter of someone
turning that crank.

Changes:
  status: new -> open
  component: nothing -> hgtk
