I like the merge dialog that leads you through the process. There is one problem -- the commit dialog initiated from this dialog opens BEHIND the merge dialog. You have to drag it out to deal with it. I'd also prefer that the buttons be arranged so that you click left to right rather than right to left. These are both minor but important for my users who aren't comfortable with the merge concept yet. I'm on a 32-bit vista install.
