New issue 398: Usability issues http://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/stable/issue/398/usability-issues
Anonymous on Wed, 15 Jul 2009 15:38:28 +0200: Description: Hello, First, I'd like to say that you are doing a great job with TortoiseHg, keep up the good work! Unfortunately the 0.8 release was a big downfall for the usability compared to 0.7. For example: 1) When I remove a single file, then I don't want to see the summary and need to push the remove button 2) At commit I used to see all the changes to _all_ files. Now I can only see changes to one file at a time. 3) There is no plus sign to indicate that I have added a file. But I think this was missing from the 0.7 also. 4) The list for files for the visual diff is particularly disturbing. If I click a single file for diff, then I really mean it. In a nutshell, the current version 0.8 is too much on the way and severely disturbs the programming 'flow'. In contrast, I was very happy with the 0.7. -- This is an issue notification from bitbucket.org.
