Could you check your environment variable "LANG" (or "LC_ALL", "LANGUAGE")?\\
If your "LANG" variable has "de", you just change it to "en".
# open command prompt
# type "{{{set LANG}}}" and hit Enter key
On my environment, I got this output: {{{LANG=ja}}}
Changes:
status: new -> open
component: nothing -> translations
