Matt still seems to be on vacation and 0.8.2 is overdue. So my plan is to release 0.8.2 on Thursday based on the tip of our stable branch and the tip of hg-stable, unless by some magic 1.3.2 is released before then.
I'll probably apply a local tag to hg-stable so that the hg version reads 1.3.1+1444a42f6052 or whatever the tip hash is at the time of release. Please update translations as necessary. Also, please test the nightly builds as much as you can.
