In many cases, I am sure. Like for the our use of mercurial at work, but how
about admins installing on behalf of other people? ...hmm I don't know. It may
also confuse things, as this is in the installer which otherwise does a
system-wide install. But on the other hand, it doesn't hurt much even if it's
not used.
