I've pushed support for outgoing, push, and pull. Enough to make them functional, but they could use some feedback on ways to make them better. Please try them out.
1) I haven't hooked up outgoing to a progress bar yet 2) I'm not real happy with the way I mark outgoing changesets.. consider this the "simple" way. 3) I had to disable the progress bar when doing push/pull just to avoid showing passwords. The hgcmd API needs improvement.
