Yeah. But like this, they allow to create multiple repositories
under the same "project", which isn't that bad.

So you could have done a

http://tortoisehg.hg.sourceforge.net/hgweb/tortoisehg/stable

and

http://tortoisehg.hg.sourceforge.net/hgweb/tortoisehg/main

I think you are free to choose the last level:

http://tortoisehg.hg.sourceforge.net/hgweb/tortoisehg/<reponame>

So this means you can have the same list of issues for all repos
inside that project.
