No need to get emotional... it's a question of pragmatics as well as 
uniformity. It may be that "no program" (a bold claim) "ever" has a scrolling 
expander, but it also happens in this case that there is very little room in 
the area. I would also prefer it not to scroll normally, but I am not so sure 
about this particular case...
