Hello,

I noticed some new Mercurial users get quite confused with the
translated TortoiseHg menu items. They sometimes expect to find the
exact Mercurial command they are trying to run between the menu items,
but it may not be available because:

- it's hidden behind a general purpose dialog, like "Synchronize";

- the corresponding translated item is not immediately obvious, because
the translated word doesn't correspond perfectly to the original word,
or is not very common.

Since command line parameters should never be translated, one could
argue that menu items with corresponding Mercurial commands shouldn't
either. So I'd translate "Synchronize...", but not "Commit...".

Another option may be including both. For instance, I'm experimenting
with (including some Portuguese words):

"Commit..." -> "Consolidar... (commit)"
"Commit..." -> "Consolidar... (hg commit)"
"Commit..." -> "Commit... (consolidar)"
"Synchronize..." -> "Sincronizar... (pull,push,incoming)"

But that may not work if the same string appears on inappropriate places
(for instance, "update" on both the context menu and as a pull option).

Thoughts?

(other interface elements (like dialog or toolbar buttons) sometimes
show the same problems, but inside a dialog there's usually more context
and more informative elements available)

Thanks,
Wagner
