Unfortunately not, we still need to support 2.10 until RHEL and/or
CentOS update their python versions.

While we're on the subject, PyGtk 2.16 is becoming common in bleeding
edge distributions, and our existing tooltip usage generates
deprecation warnings constantly.  So in 0.10 we'll have to add a
tooltip shim to gtklib somehow to use the appropriate API supported by
the user's PyGtk version.   Yuck.
