I had the same thought, but I haven't any knowledge of language with
different aphabet like chinese, japanese, thai, arabic and so. For this
reason I add the gettext wrapper.
In any case the string is wrong. It is TortoiseHg and not TortoiseHG.
A better solution is to put in the title other info like the context of the
operation (eg datamine, changelog, etc), but this needs more work to do.
