No, it's a consistency problem of UI.
If you keep that menu, I want to add a menu "Revert --no-backup" to
the context menu of Repository Explorer since I always revert without
backup files.
But I won't add it to keep UI consistency.
So, undoubtedly fact is: We do not provide "optional" menu.

And as another reason, I have a plan to provide menu items for patch
reordering (#562).
This feature needs 4 menu items (move to top, move up, move down, move
to bottom) at least.
