Steve converted the TSVN repo to http://bitbucket.org/sborho/tortoisesvn for data mining purposes. Some of their artwork seems to be in /src/tip/src/TortoiseSVNSetup/include/ Not sure how long that repo will stay on bitbucket though. Steve mentioned on IRC he is considering deleting it (IIRC because of disk space limitations with his bitbucket quota?).
