This fixes an untranslatable message. More or less the same change (with identical resulting messages) was applied to mercurial/patch.py a couple of days ago.
This needs a string freeze exception, but existing translations are broken anyway, since "lines" and "with fuzz" were not marked for i18n. Also, a quick grep on stable tip shows that only ja.po and pt_BR.po already have translations for this message.
