I have the latest changeset (1230) on Linux with python 2.5 and kdiff3 as external visual diff tool, and when I do "visual diff with selected" I always get "/solo" as the first file. Is there some configuration that I screwed up? kdiff3 works fine with regular hg diff and merge.
