Hello, I'm using Windows XP SP2 with TortoiseHg 0.7.3. Some of the TortoiseHg icons never appear, for example, if I add a new file to a repository, the file does not have the added icon, it just has the plain icon of an non-mercurial file. It does, however, show up on the list of added files during a commit - so it's been added it's just the icon that's missing. The missing icons seem to be: added, removed and unknown. Whereas the following icons do appear: unchanged, changed and conflict.
