There's been a load of changes since the last preview installer. The
update and merge dialogs are now streamlined for the most common work
flows. There's consistent ctrl-w, ctrl-q, ctrl-d, F5 (and more)
keyboard accelerators. The main window applications (commit, status,
changelog, datamine) all keep coherent window position and maximize
state. Comments welcome on all of the new changes.

If you use a crew installer for a while and then downgrade back to
0.7.X, you will find that some 0.7.X dialogs do not like the new
settings file formats. You can fix all of those problems by deleting
the TortoiseHg folder under %APPDATA%.

This should be the last preview that includes the old python shell
extensions. I hope to merge in the C++ versions in the next week or
so.
