The problem is probably done by the '+' char in the file name. I just
tried to upload a file with a + char in the name in my repo
http://bitbucket.org/paolof/thg-paolof/downloads/a+b.txt and the problem
happens.
Steve has to change the name.
The curious is that the number of download increases the same.
