$1.15 - Slated for the next release.  This will take some effort and
feedback cycles to get the UI right.

$.30 - Next release.  This requires some work on the Mercurial side.

$.70 - Next release, though this would be a good item for someone to
contribute.  It's nicely self-contained.

This one also received $2.00, but I think this deserves more than 4
weeks of effort to get it right.  This and mpatch are at the top of
the list of features for the next release.
