While we're on this subject, I've been exchanging emails with the fellow who reserved tortoisehg domains for this project back in 2007. http://www.tortoisehg.net/ http://www.tortoisehg.org/ http://www.tortoisehg.com/ All these URLs now redirect to http://tortoisehg.bitbucket.org.
