I just approved your membership of the TortoiseHg I18N team, but my introduction note to you reflected that I thought you applied for membership of the TortoiseHg Translation Team. You have been approved as member of the I18N team, which means you can upload .pot files or work with the bzr repositories. You have *not* been approved as a member of the Translation Team (as my note indicated), so you do *not* have to approve every translation to ru. Unless you are unhappy with the "ru" contributions, I suggest that you don't apply for this team. This will keep "ru" translations open to everyone and lower the approval burden on you.
