In the TortoiseHG.pdf manual provided with version 1.0, footnotes are missing).
Across all the doc\source directory, they are the two missing footnotes are:
:guilabel:`Visual Diff with selected` [#rcm5]_
:guilabel:`Merge with selected` [#rcm6]_
In the pdf files, they are at page 38 (section 4.7.5).
The other footnotes are not just after a Sphinx inline markup (?) like
:guilabel:`Visual Diff with selected`.
I'm wondering if the sequence :foo:`bar` [#baz1]_ is correctly
interpreted by the Sphinx PDF generator.
For the HTML generation, it is OK as seen on
http://tortoisehg.bitbucket.org/manual/1.0/changelog.html#rcm5
Unfortunately, I don't know anything about Sphinx.
At least a workaround could be to move the footnote references a
little bit further.
