Hello!
Recently I installed TortoiseHg on my Win7 and it always starts when I login to my user.
Is there a way to change it?

I guess you can remove it from the Windows registry in one of the usual crappy ways.. I even think Windows ships with a program to help you do it these days.

The program that starts is the RPC server used for the shell extension; it won't work correctly without it.

You can uninstall and reinstall without the shell extension if you don't need it.
