There is also a TODO item to run 'hg serve' as a service, but neither
of these tasks is of any priority to the currently active developers.
Most people will want to use a real web server, to provide
authentication/authorization services.

Some enterprising develper could probably sell a canned Mercurial +
IIS setup, if they chose to do so.
