For varying definitions of "possible". The existing tools do not support it, and it's not on anyone's radar to add it, that I know of. I don't think Mercurial's hgweb interface offers any special APIs that could be queried to get a list of URLs from the server, so it would likely have to parse HTML in a screen/scrapey manner.
