Does anybody on this list have experience with usability testing?
I think that the comments we get from early users of the beta version is
invaluable, but I cannot help thinking that we ought to have a more
systematic approach to usability.
I'm not an expert in this area, but I imagine one at least have to identify
which user groups TortoiseHg is targeted at, enroll testers from each user
group, list important use cases, and finally do regular usability tests.
