settings -> TortoiseHg -> Immediate Operations

You can configure any or all of 'add remove revert forget' to not
require user interaction.  Currently these still flash a dialog, but
it doesn't require any more mouse clicks.  There's been bigger fish to
fry.

Seriously, make a better suggestion.

Configure it as an immediate operation if you don't want to have to
click an extra button.  If you do want to select files, use the status
or commit tools.
