Hi,
In the 1.x versions of TortoiseHg you used to be able to press Ctrl+Enter in
the commit dialog and it would be equivalent to clicking on the OK button.
The 2.0x version of the commit dialog doesn't appear to have this keyboard
short-cut. Is there any chance you could implement it, please. It saves
having to reach for the mouse to accept the commit.
