This was added between 2.0.2 and 2.0.3; it should show a busy progress
bar during the commit and a stop button was added.  Generally,
TortoiseHg shows a progress bar when Mercurial itself emits progress
events.  Commit does not emit any progress events so we have to
artificially throw up a busy bar while it's running.  This is
something I hope Mercurial implements before hg 1.9.

if there were any errors; it will open up a log pane and hold the
dialog open at the end.
