This is expected behavior.  We only change task tabs in response to a
mouse click on a revision.  Note that ALT-click selects without the
task tab change.

Yep, that's the working copy as displayed by the revision details tab.
 This tab does not have a refresh button like the commit tool, so it
is often out of date.  An F5 or Shift+F5 will refresh the view.
