I can't get this to re-occur on a bare repository with only the offending file.
It does happen however on a clone of my real repository, with the offending
(modified) CSS file copied from my working copy. Offer still stands, if someone
would email me privately I can provide a) 700k zip of the repos/working copy,
and b) quick screencast showing what happens.
