And update what?

Mercurial always updates the repository and does not take care of single 
files. I think the user will get confused if s/he right-clicks on a 
file, selects 'update' and notices that a whole bunch of files got 
updated and not only the selected file.

If this function gets implemented in the log viewer, I think it should 
be a button which is clearly labeled ("Update repo..." or something) to 
make clear what will happen.
