All our MSI installers have required admin permission, because they
are installing a shell extension and the C runtime that they link
with.

There were a few revisions where our installers were not signed, and
that raised a few warning flags, but the last 2-3 releases have been
signed again.

I'm not aware of any other warnings about the 2.5.0 packages.
